GenAI Agents

GenAI Agents are used to increase productivity, lower costs, and increase business velocity. Any existing business process, or new invisioned process are great targets for GenAI Agents and chatbot. GenAi, together with AI/ML, provide the backing technology for modernization, automation, and innovation perspective for business. GenAI Agent can be thought of aa a hub of a wheele and supporting agents are spokes. GenAI is oftened as an application plugin or bolt-0n. The simplicity of GenAI from a business perspective belies the complextiy from a technology point of view. The holistic ecosystem for supporting GenAI (API-Agentic-proccess-flow) is many times more complex than API-microsservices. This requires a larger investment maintaining data freshness and GehAI trustworthiness.
