Basic marketing uses your customer database to create and conduct email campaigns to notify or alert customers of your products and services. You can create many target lists for an email campaign from your customer database.
- Import, export, add, delete, and modify customer information to maintain latest contact information and historical sales information.
- Use analytical reports to view results of a campaign.
- Create target list for an email campaign from your customer database with AI Assisstance Helper and execute campaign.
- Additional GenAI Assistants can be added for a charge of ~$400 and may cause a small monthly increase based upon data storage increased.

Advanced Marketing + AI
Advanced marketing provides a number of features and functions:
- Export to excel
- All the Marketing Basics + GenAI + Chatbots
- GenAI Assistant to target specific customers and new customers.
- Analytical reports on campaign results
- Analytical reports on best customers.
- Alerts for when a customer is inactive.
- Additional GenAI Assistants cost is one-time for ~$400. Small increases in monthly rates can occur due additional data storage and increased compute charges. These are in the range of ~$5-10 per month.

Digital Marketing + AI
Digital Marketing provides comprehensive AI enabled marketing tools, proactive marketing activities, reactive activities, and a dashboard that you can use to manage your Digital Marketing.
Additional Training may be required and is specified in a required Design Analysis. Track advertising, marketing campaigns, and Sales.
Use special pricing, discounts, omnichannel, promotion and reward programs concurrently and track against sales results.
One-time costs and re-occurring monthly charges are estimated after a Design Analysis is completed. Design Analysis costs ~$400 non-refundable charge. Development costs typically run from ~$15,000 to $100,000. Re-occurring monthly charges for increased compute power and data storage averages ~$500.
